Will's Kitchen's stalls have been trading in Portobello Market since 2021. We are currently trading 3 stalls which are Chinese Food, Falafel and Oriental Food in Portobello Market on every Friday and Weekends since then.
We also trade near office premises for lunch times at various locations in London on weekdays. We offer the swift service to our customers during their short lunch break. A portion of our food can be served in as little as 90 seconds.
Our foods are cooked freshly on site with one or two experience chefs who are cooking constantly during the service. The customer can enjoy the live kitchen at the back of the serving counter.
All Will's Kitchen's stalls cook gradually to minimise food waste as well as to maintain the freshness of the food. We use biodegradable container, wooden cutlery and paper takeaway bags for a better environment.
Will's Kitchen was founded by William Htet. He has been working in the street food field as a chef for 5 years since he was graduated from University of Greenwich. After years of experience as a chef, he decided to start the business of his own.
